For nearly two decades, as founder and president of LABC, Ami has used his entrepreneurial spirit, eye for innovation, and impeccable care of his clients to bring ambitiously designed homes to life across Los Angeles.
As a serial entrepreneur driven by ambition, hard work, and passion for creating exceptional living experiences, Ami has built LABC on those same ideals.

After arriving in the U.S., bringing with him the discipline and grit he learned in the Israeli military, he started a moving company. After realizing his leadership and client management skills, he later moved on to founding his framing and foundation company. Ami then honed his construction knowledge and gained valuable hands-on experience by moving out of framing, and while armed with practical skills of the construction trades and the business acumen and willpower necessary to succeed, he then launched what is know today as L.A. Build Corp.

Ami is driven by the philosophy of finding the right people and trusting them to lead. This commitment to teamwork and inclusivity is evident in L.A. Build Corp’s culture. In working with clients, he has an unwavering commitment to quality, performance, and above all integrity and earning the respect and trust of his clients and colleagues.

Outside of the office, Ami lives life to the fullest and especially enjoys traveling with his family.

Amanda bridges client relationships and brand strategy, curating LABC’s network of architects, designers, and vendors while elevating the company’s presence in the luxury market. With a background in hospitality, luxury real estate, and public relations, Amanda brings a design-forward, relationship-driven approach to every project, curating collaborations that elevate the brand and client experience.

With a background in architectural design and construction management, Cassandra is coordinating project administration behind-the scenes with acute attention to detail and people-first mindset. Her creative approach to tasks ensures positive outcomes for our clients, subcontractors, and LABC team.

You could say that craftsmanship is part of Gispan’s DNA. Hailing from a family of homebuilders and designers with roots in door manufacturing and door hardware supplies, Daniel set out to forge his own path to success in the construction industry, eager to carry on his family’s tradition of excellence in building lasting and memorable products.

That path led him far from his homeland of Israel and his background in economics. After immigrating to the U.S. five years ago, Daniel capitalized on his strong work ethic, determination, and curiosity to carve out a place for himself in the construction industry. Driven by his deep curiosity and perseverance, he learned as much as he could about building and design fundamentals under the influence of a mentor well-respected in the luxury home building industry.

Soon after, he joined forces with LABC, and by receiving the proper training under senior team members and gaining the trust of his peers with his eye for detail and ability to rapidly grasp industry standards and practices, he became a valuable supervisor to his clients and his team. Daniel is admired for his subject matter expertise and his aptitude to break down the complexities of his profession and distill them into clear instructions that inspire quality work. Having never lost sight of his humble beginning, he is very protective of his clients’ vision and mindful of the impact he has on every stakeholder attached to his projects.

Off the job site, you can find Daniel playing volleyball, eating sushi, enjoying the beach, and traveling to explore nature and appreciate all its beauties.

Daniela oversees the operational backbone of LABC, aligning systems, teams, and resources to keep every project running seamlessly. With a background in project management, cross-departmental coordination, and strategic planning, she ensures efficiency from pre-construction through delivery. Her experience leading market development teams and managing complex workflows gives her a dual lens on both internal operations and external business growth.

Raised in a family of builders, Diane brings hands-on construction knowledge and project management expertise to every job. Her holistic approach ensures smooth operations and successful outcomes, whether on large-scale home builds or detailed remodels. Diane’s ability to navigate complex projects while maintaining a personal connection to craft makes her an invaluable asset in any construction endeavor.

With a legal and educational background, Hannah brings precision, analytical strength, and adaptability to LABC’s accounting team.

His military roots show up in his leadership style: steady, proactive, and deeply committed to getting it right the first time. Known for his technical fluency in Procore and Buildertrend John ensures smooth coordination across trades, budgets, and timelines while protecting quality at every stage.

Lara oversees the financial systems and operational controls that keep projects running smoothly. With a sharp eye for detail and a background in accounting, she ensures every build stays aligned financially. Her precision and consistency make her a key part of LABC’s foundation behind the scenes.

Oscar has been a dedicated presence at LABC for nearly 20 years. As a working foreman, he ensures site quality, safety, and precision through hands-on craftsmanship and coordination with subcontractors, consistently upholding the highest standards on every project.

With decades of hands-on experience, Ryan brings deep technical expertise and leadership to every project. Known for his competitive drive, attention to details, and client-first mindset, he turns complex builds into clear, actionable plans and delivers seamless, high-end results.

Zafer is a skilled construction project manager with a strong architectural background and international experience. From leading large-scale developments in Turkey to managing high-ends projects in Los Angeles, he combines design insight with efficient project delivery.
